Who we're looking for

We’re looking for team members who bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to every day, and who are patient, kind, and genuinely enjoy being around young children. Great communication skills are a must, along with a love for working closely with others. Most of all, we’re looking for reliable, responsible people who are always ready to jump into a playful, hands-on day of learning and fun.

Benefits

We offer a competitive monthly salary, including a housing allowance. Our team members also enjoy benefits such as flight reimbursement upon completing a one-year contract, regular salary increases, and full support with visa processing. We provide health insurance, paid Chinese national holidays, plus an additional 20 days of paid leave to use at your own discretion. Daily lunch is provided, and working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We’re also happy to assist new staff in finding comfortable accommodation in Beijing.
